Wealth Management

Choosing a financial advisor to assist you with investment, pension, life assurance and estate planning services, is amongst the most important decisions you will ever make.

In offering these services, it is important to us that you are happy with what we do for you and that we can build a long term relationship based on mutual trust and reliance, which will be mutually enjoyable. Being part of a Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors comes with many benefits for both us as your Advisors but also for you as our client. The Wealth Management division of Schofields started in 1994 and has continued to grow year on year. We now manage more than £150 million in funds under management and growing.

The features of our service are:

We offer a wide range of services, including advice on investments, inheritance tax planning, trust and business planning, including all types of pension schemes and protection for you, your family or your business. Our focus is on both wealth enhancement and wealth protection.

We believe in providing a high quality service, with the emphasis on building long term relationships with our clients, and we have a dedicated and skilled team of advisors and administration staff who work together to achieve this.

We have always been fiercely independent and as such, only select products and investments that we deem best fit our client’s and help them achieve their future goals and objectives. These are kept under constant review and we do not have any close links or financial interest in any company we work with, this ensures we take an objective view and are not guided by our own financial interests.

In a fast-moving world, where technology continues to play a major role in everything we do. We look to utilise product providers who are at the forefront of the market and thus enable us to efficiently manage client’s investments, irrespective of whether this is one or several products.

If appropriate, we will utilise cashflow planning to support our advice. We find this helps clients visualise their future and acts as a mechanism to demonstrate that even unforeseen events or a change in objectives, can be overcome.

We welcome the opportunity to speak to everybody, irrespective of their financial position or geographic location within the UK. As such, our initial meeting, whether this is face to face, telephone or video call is always free. This meeting is designed for us to get to know a little about you and you to get to know a little about us. At the end of this meeting we can then agree how we proceed, and any costs associated with our advice.
